The purchaser or user of any product(s) distributed, sold, loaned, or manufactured by JCS Automation is responsible for proper installation and use of all products. Altering any motor vehicle from its stock configuration can be dangerous and/or cause failure. By purchasing or using any product(s) distributed, sold, or manufactured by JCS Automation the purchaser or user is agreeing that the purchaser or user either has the expertise to properly install, set, and operate the product(s), or will obtain competent professional installation services and expertise permitting proper use at their own expense. No guarantee is implied in regards to fitment or application of any product(s).

JCS Automation, any entity associated with JCS Automation, the manufacturers of products sold by JCS Automation, and retailers and/or distributors of products provided by JCS Automation are not liable for any damages or injury that may arise, either directly or indirectly, from installation or use of the products offered for sale by JCS Automation. The purchaser or user of any product(s) distributed, sold, or manufactured by JCS Automation assumes all risks related to and/or arising from the ownership or use of said products and agrees to indemnify and hold JCS Automation harmless from any and all claims brought to any person or entity against JCS Automation related to and/or arising from ownership and/or use of said products.

Some products may not be lawful for use on public roadways. No warranty is made or implied regarding the legality of offered products when they are installed in a motor vehicle in any particular state, province, or municipality. It is the user's responsibility to determine the legality of any automotive alterations made in connection to products made by, obtained from, or distributed by JCS Automation. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public roadways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public roadways. Modification of a vehicle in any way may void the warranty coverage, if any, on a motor vehicle.
